Yellowstone fans can rejoice as a major update has been given regarding an official premiere date for the remaining episodes.
The Paramount+ series is coming to an end with the sad news announced in 2022, leaving viewers heartbroken at the idea of saying goodbye to the Dutton family.
Season five, part one, premiered in November 2022 with the intense midseason finale coming out in January last year.
Since then, fans have been waiting to hear more about when the Western drama will return with its cast and crew remaining tight-lipped.
However, the wait is now over as subscribers can finally circle its return date on their calendars.
When is the release date for Yellowstone season five part two?
Paramount+ previously stated that Yellowstone would be back sometime in November 2024 but with no talk of an exact date.
Now, the streaming service has unveiled that Yellowstone season five, part two, will premiere on Monday, November 11 in the UK.
But if you’re based in the US, you will be treated to the show earlier on Sunday, November 10 at 8pm ET/PT on Paramount Network.
The first half consisted of eight episodes with part two slightly shorter at just six in comparison.
Nevertheless, it is the longest of the five series as the show usually consists of 10 episodes for each outing.
It was announced last month that Yellowstone has returned to production in Montana and with an end to the wait in sight, fans are getting more excited for its comeback.
Sadly, it doesn’t look as if John Dutton star Kevin Costner will be reprising his role for the final lot of episodes.
Reportedly, there had been creative differences between Kevin and creator Taylor Sheridan as well as scheduling conflicts with the actor’s lifelong project Horizon: An American Film Saga.
The 69-year-old did previously state that he was “absolutely open” to going back to Yellowstone if conversations were had between him and the creators.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem these talks have gone ahead as Kevin has now confirmed he won’t be returning.
So how will the head of the Dutton family’s story be wrapped up off-screen?
