“Yellowstone” star Kelsey Asbille said goodbye to her 20s and hello to 32 on her birthday today, Sept. 9. The show gave her a sweet shoutout on their social media sites.

The show posted a stunning photo of Asbille as her “Yellowstone” character, Monica. She’s super shadowed in the photo, only half her face in light against a dark black background. We can just barely catch a glimpse of Asbille’s gorgeous eyes, and the light seems to set specifically on her Native-American-inspired earrings.

“Wishing @kelseyasbille the happiest of birthdays!” the caption reads. Fans and fellow co-stars soon took to the comments to wish the “Yellowstone” star a happy birthday.

Kelly Reilly, who plays “Yellowstone” spitfire Beth Dutton, commented, “One of the most beautiful.” Nic Sheridan, the wife of director and show creator Taylor Sheridan, commented with several heart emojis as well.

“Happy Birthday pretty lady! May you have love, laughter, and many happy memories as you begin your next journey around the sun!” one fan wrote.

Another enthusiastic fan said, “Yea!!! We both share the same day on Birthdays!!! Haha I am 50, not going to ask how old you are!! Enjoy your day! And counting down to the Premiere. Happy Birthday!”

It seems the excitement for the new season is going around. “HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY @KELSEYASBILLE I HOPE YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY! So looking forward to seeing you and the rest of the gang in November!! We miss seeing all of you! @yellowstone” commented another fan.

‘Yellowstone’ Stars Talk What it Means to be ‘Taken to the Train Station’

Cast members Jefferson White (Jimmy), Ian Bohen (Ryan), and Denim Richards (Colby) recently sat down with Express to talk about a specific instance from Season 1. Fred, one of the first ranch hands we meet on the show, has to be “taken to the train station” by fellow ranch hand, Lloyd.

On “Yellowstone,” that means you’re taken out to this high cliff and shot in the head before your body’s dumped over the edge. When your time has run out on the ranch, they send you off for good. There’s no other way to keep people in check and things running smoothly on the hardcore ranch.

During the interview with Express, Jefferson White asked his co-stars, “Do you think you’d continue to work on a ranch where if you f*** up they killed you?”

The stars started discussing how what happened to Fred had more to do with him being the kind of guy he is, not the Dutton Ranch’s policy.

“Fred is not just a f*** up — he’s against what the ranch is,” Bohen said. “He was demonstrably not part of what we are doing here. Fred is just an idiot.”

“If you fall in line, you’re fine,” Richards added. It’s a harsh world they live in, but one they seem to understand and appreciate well.
