This ‘Blue Bloods’ Sneak Peek Shows Eddie Janko Deals with Some Reagan Family Drama

Things are about to become quite stressful for the Reagan family in tonight’s episode of Blue Bloods. Not only do they fight crime as per usual, but they also have to keep citizens safe during a complete blackout of New York City. But the chaos of episode four doesn’t hold a candle to next week’s drama.

Circumstances are still as hectic as ever for the NYPD in the upcoming, “Thicker than Water.” And if you’re wondering why, it’s pretty much exactly as it sounds: The police force will tackle some serious family issues.

After a renown fertility doctor is nearly murdered, Danny Reagan (Donnie Walhberg) and Maria Baez (Marisa Ramirez) investigate as to who would want to kill such an honorable individual—and why. They might just discover the physician’s flawless reputation isn’t as spotless it seems.

She might not be an official Reagan yet, but Jamie Reagan’s fiancee, Eddie Janko (Vanessa Ray), is already diffusing some family spats. Danny’s kids, Sean and Jack (Andrew and Tony Terraciano) get into a dispute, and Eddie is called upon to solve the problem. Now that the boys’ mother, Linda, has passed away, Eddie might just be the role model they need.

As the other Reagan’s quarrel, Erin Reagan (Bridget Moynahan) and Anthony Abetemarco (Steven R. Schirripa) are busy searching for the truth in what appears to be a date gone sour. Meanwhile, Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) is revisited by an old friend who has a history with the Police Commissioner.

Although each character is in a bit of turmoil, at least they’ll have the power back on to fully illuminate their group struggles. Tune in to watch it all go down on Friday, October 26, at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
