The Blue Bloods cast gathered around the dinner table to send a sweet message to their loyal fans.

“From all of us here at Blue Bloods, to all of you out there, have a very happy Thanksgiving,” Tom Selleck said in the video, which was posted on Bridget Moynahan’s social media accounts. Then, the whole cast joined in to say “happy Thanksgiving.”

In addition to Tom, 79, Bridget, 53, Donnie Wahlberg, Len Cariou, Andrew Terraciano, Will Estes and Vanessa Ray, were all featured in the video.

Fans left comments on the post wondering if the show would be coming back after season 14.

“Come Baaaaack!! Blue Bloods is an amazing show and another network needs to pick it up. We love you all!! Happy Thanksgiving!” one person wrote.

“I will definitely miss this show!” another person said, while another penned, “What am I going to watch on Fridays?”

CBS officially announced that the show would be ending after 14 years on the network, with the series finale set for December 13. The synopsis of the final episode, which is titled “End of Tour,” was released weeks before its air date.

“It’s all hands on deck for the Reagan family, as they race to stop deadly mayhem in the city when the gangs of New York unite together to demand amnesty for the release of their imprisoned members and those awaiting trial, in the historic series finale episode of Blue Bloods,” the summary said.

Still, it’s going to be hard to say goodbye to the Reagan family, who have become a Friday night staple in the homes of millions through the years.

The show’s official Instagram account has been flooded with comments from fans who don’t want to see the series come to an end.

“I wish you guys would not cancel this program. Blue Bloods is amazing and it should be around for many more seasons,” one person wrote in a comment on an Instagram post on the Blue Bloods Instagram page on Tuesday, November 26.

“Very disappointed that this is ending, it’s one of the few good shows on Friday nights,” another person said. “I watch the entire Friday lineup this is my favorite.”

Sadly, it seems like this truly is the end of the road for the popular drama series. CBS already announced that S.W.A.T. would be taking over Blue Bloods’ Friday night time slot after the show airs its final episode.

But the show will certainly be going out with a bang, according to photos released by CBS earlier this week. Vanessa, 43, gave a little insight on what’s to come in the show’s final episodes, and you won’t want to miss it.

“I’m excited for you to see them, too,” she said of the final episodes during an interview with TV Insider on November 22. “I think fans are going to be really moved and I mean, they’re going to be sad and all of the things as we were shooting it, but I will say reading the scripts and getting to play them, it’s been a real honor.”
