The trailer for “Yellowstone” Season 5 Part 2 is finally here, almost two years after Part 1 wrapped up way back in January 2023.

The deeply American cowboy series returns on November 10. The beloved show became a popular sensation as the most-watched cable TV show for two summers in a row in 2018 and 2019. By 2023, when the first part of this season premiered on Paramount Network, 8.8 million people tuned in to view the show. Simulcasts across Country Music Television, TV Land, and Pop TV brought that number up to 10.5 million.

The drama stars Kevin Costner, who won a Golden Globe for his role but has since departed the series. Costner plays the big-time Montana rancher and patriarch of the Dutton family alongside Kelly Reilly, who plays his daughter and business partner; Wes Bentley, who embodies his not-so-trustworthy son Jamie; Luke Grimes, who personifies his complex cowboy son Kayce; and Cole Hauser as his right-hand man, who may get a bit too controlling.

“Yellowstone’s” massive viewership has resulted in multiple spinoffs, including two prequels: one called “1883,” starring Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, and another called “1923,” starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren. The end of this fifth season will also mark the end of Costner as the Dutton patriarch, but there is a possible Season 6 and a follow-up called “The Madison” being developed.

The show is co-created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson. Executive producers include John Linson, Art Linson, Taylor Sheridan, Kevin Costner, David C. Glasser, Bob Yari, Stephen Kay, Michael Friedman, Christina Voros and Keith Cox. The series is distributed by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
