“Yellowstone” may be coming to an end, but Taylor Sheridan‘s expansive TV empire at Paramount+ sure isn’t. And neither are the various “Yellowstone” spinoffs, including the prequel series “1923,” which has a new season arriving on the streamer next February.
Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren return to star Jacob and Cara Dutton in the new season, as their family squares off against new enemies that threaten the Dutton Ranch and their legacy.

In the second season of 1923, a cruel winter brings new challenges and unfinished business to Jacob and Cara back at Dutton Ranch. With harsh conditions and adversaries threatening to end the Dutton legacy, Spencer embarks on an arduous journey home, racing against time to save his family in Montana. Meanwhile, Alexandra sets off on her own harrowing trans-Atlantic journey to find Spencer and reclaim their love.
In addition to Mirren and Ford, “1923” also stars Brandon Sklenar, Julia Schlaepfer, Jerome Flynn, Darren Mann, Brian Geraghty, and Aminah Nieves. Michelle Randolph, Sebastian Roché, Timothy Dalton, and Jennifer Carpenter round out the main cast.
Sheridan leads executive producers on “1923” with David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Ben Richardson, Michael Friedman, and Keith Cox.
